Shoring System for the Early-Strip Formwork

1. Adopting the expanded composite steel frame or rimless high-strength membrane bamboo plywood 55 with uneven thickness and both steel formwork and small steel formwork are adopted to attain the effects of dry concrete to cut down the quantity of plastering works and material; 2. Composite manifold early-strip column head applies to early-stripping of floor in varied structures, including early-stripping of the formwork; it also constitutes adjustable bracket, adjustable base, and adjustable crossbar; 3. Replacement of three sets of formworks and shoring with one set of formwork and two sets of support can greatly cut down the amount of formwork and support, speed up their circulation and advance the efficiency of the formwork; 4. The connection between the crossbars is realized through fasteners on crossbars of the wedge caulking self-lock manifold scaffold and cups on the column in oblique direction, coupled with the cap, making itself secure, good at directing property in support, adjustable shoring height dependent on the height of the floor and easy to operate; 5. Abundant practices are available such as shared support by beam and slab, shared support by beam, slab and column and early-strip formwork shoring suitable for 3-4 days per floor and 5-6 days per floor; 6. Rational design of assembling the formwork enables a doubled construction progress, improved quality, lower formwork costs and less labor intensity.
